Join this Therapeutic Thai Massage course designed to deepen your understanding of holistic bodywork through structure, touch, and presence.

The focus is on therapeutic touch and healing through approaches and techniques inspired by Thai Yoga Massage, osteopathy, Osteothai, and Craniosacral Therapy. We explore the body as an integrated system — where the nervous system and its regulation are supported through working with the fascial network, the midline, and the body’s transverse diaphragms.

Unity arises through the midline, while wholeness is expressed through the diaphragms — and within this relationship, the body finds balance and regulation.

KEY EXPLORATIONS IN THIS COURSE

In addition to hands-on practice, we create space for presence, listening, and connection — both with oneself and others. The course includes silence, gentle movement, singing, massage and bodywork practice and shared moments of rest and reflection with a focus on deep listening and sensing.

The course is held in a small group setting (max. 10 participants) to allow personal guidance and individual attention. The course will be taught in English.

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?

This course is open to everyone — no previous experience is required, as the skill of present and conscious touch is something anyone can learn.

At the same time, the course is designed as a continuing education training for massage therapists and all professionals bodyworkers, offering depth and refinement to your existing practice.

Participants should be able to kneel and move between squatting and standing positions.

Daily schedule:

09:00 – 10:00 Morning practice / theory
10:00 – 13:00 Practical techniques & applications
13:00 – 14:30 Lunch break
14:30 – 17:30 Afternoon session on integration and practice
(On the last day we will finish at 16:30)
